We are seeking to hire a Product Operations Specialist to join our team. The Product Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the operations related to our product offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, project management, customer service, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain product operations processes and procedures to improve product performance, enhance customer experience, and reduce errors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, engineering, marketing, and customer service to drive product operations activities, resolve issues, and ensure optimal product performance.
Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to track product performance, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to inform product development and management strategies.
Develop and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and other product-related information.
Manage product-related projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies related to product offerings.
Provide training and support to internal teams and external stakeholders regarding product offerings.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.
3 - 5 years of experience in product management, product operations, project management, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of product operations processes and best practices.
Experience with relevant technology such as project management tools, customer relationship management systems, and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and policies related to product management and customer service.
