We are currently recruiting for experienced Kitchen Supervisors to work in our central Kitchen at Port Harcourt.
The Kitchen Supervisors will be responsible for food preparation; from prepping, treating to processing food items.
The supervisor will also be responsible for managing the entirety of the central kitchen operations in compliance with company standards and operating procedures.
Job Summary
Perform food preparation; from prepping, treating to processing the food.
Refill and neatly arrange frozen fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients for production in the fridge or freezers
Estimate ingredients and supplies required at workstation for each shift’s work
Prep and treat fresh produce and vegetable e.g., dicing, cracking, scraping, mixing, grating etc. for each shift work
Set aside prepped and treated fruits in the fridge at the close of business
Pack & display products ready for sale in the available chillers
Responsible to produce orders and requests from walk-in customers, Help Desk reps or as instructed by the Outlet Manager
managing the entirety of the central kitchen operations in compliance with company standards and operating procedures
Requirements
Minimum of OND certificate or its equivalent
Kitchen/food production experience is an added advantage
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment
