About the job



  • We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Developer to join our team for an ongoing project that is close to completion.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for picking up where the previous contractor left off and driving the project toward its final stages.

  • As a Business Developer, you will be required to work on-site for the duration of the project.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive value proposition, product offerings, and partnerships strategy to drive business growth and meet customer needs.

  • Create compelling value propositions that highlight the unique benefits and competitive advantages of the business.

  • Identify potential partners and develop strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and reach a broader customer base.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of product offerings and partnership agreements.

  • Analyze financial data, including costs, expenses, and revenue projections, to support business decision-making and financial planning.

  • Develop community onboarding strategies to acquire and engage target communities, including assessing community demographics, engagement levels, and behavior patterns.

  • Design and implement effective marketing and communication strategies to promote product launches and drive customer adoption.

  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics to measure the success and impact of business development initiatives.

  • Evaluate potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans to minimize negative impacts on the business.

  • Effectively communicate and present business development strategies and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or related field

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proven track record of successful sales and business development

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in market research and analysis
