​​​​​​​Job Description:

• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts/existing ones


• Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking.


• Creating, Marketing and reporting on all initiatives and outcomes within their subunits.


• Must have a good understanding of general insurance businesses in the stated location and neighbouring states.


• Must have proven leadership record of building, coaching and motivating the Branch Team to meet set targets.


• Must have an Underwriting knowledge.


• Must be able to manage existing clients in addition to developing new businesses.


• Must be the social type that mixes easily and should have excellent communication skills.


• Should have at least five (5) years’ experience as a Branch Manager in the Financial Service Institution, most preferably in the Insurance sector.


• Must be ready to resume immediately.

Qualification

• BSc. Marketing or any related discipline


• Minimum of five (5) years post-qualification relevant experience in a similar job position in the insurance/microfinance sector.
