Job Description

• Generating designs that meet a wide range of creative objectives and adhere to Brand standards and requirements.


• Independently prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet assigned project deadlines.


• Assist in conceptualization of graphic line looks, logos, and basic structural studies using standard industry computer graphics software.


• Designs and executes creative concepts for assigned projects/ad dates and responsible for incorporating agency standards related to page building.


• Ensures all work at the key stages of the project/ad dates meet client and management expectations.


• Assists in development and design standards upon request ensuring continuity.


• Ensures change request completed within established processes and time frames.


• Reviews all image for color background consistency, accuracy, and creativity.


• Participate in brainstorming sessions and research/contribute basic thematic elements into designs based on marketplace trends.


• Passion for typography and respect its beauty and use.

Requirements

• A Bachelors degree in Fine and Applied Arts plus a minimum of 4+ years of graphic design experience in packaging or related industry are also required.


• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 3-4 with working knowledge of MS Office applications.


• Logo design, photography and printing process knowledge are also strongly preferred.
