ABOUT THE ROLE
Payforce by FairMoney empowers businesses to drive mass adoption of digital and financial services to the underserved populations in their communities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Getting more transactions out of existing Agents.
- Engage churn Agents (Agents with zero transactions)
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and update them about the churn and win back them.
- Engage Newly Onboard Merchant/Agent for increasing their transactions
- Work with the Customer Success team to ensure rich customer experience and reduce churn.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in relevant discipline.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in customer relations, sales, marketing, or as a KYC Associate within the Financial Services Sector
- The ideal candidate must have good communication and interpersonal skills as well as being an excellent team player
- Candidate must be customer focused, and result oriented
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Working knowledge of KYC/Compliance/AML standards
