Job Description

• Ensure integrity of tower structures by developing and implementing systems and programs for structure analysis and modification, as well as tower maintenance and rectification.


• Manage the lifecycle of tower structures from design through retirement or replacement.


• Identify, and escalate where necessary, risks associated with tower and site civil infrastructure, provide risk mitigation solutions, and follow through with implementation of solutions.


• Prepare and manage product and construction specifications for towers and other site civil infrastructure including but not limited to fences, walls, bunkers, equipment pads and solar structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field required.


• Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering preferred.


• Professional engineering license required.

Required experience includes at least one of the following:

• Minimum of 10 years in analysis and design of communications structures.


• Minimum of 12 years in civil/structural engineering, with experience in design and construction of steel structures.


• Minimum 15 years in construction or field engineering for wireless communications structures.


• Working knowledge of TIA-222 standard, country building regulations and other relevant steel, concrete, or communications structure standards.


• Working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.


• Minimum of 7 years supervisory experience required.


• Active member of professional organization or technical society required.
