Responsibilities



  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads.

  • Actively prospect and engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events.

  • Present Talentsquare's talent solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet clients' talent acquisition needs.

  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to the management team.


Qualifications



  • A University Degree and MUST have completed NYSC.

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in consulting, talent acquisition or recruitment industry would be a huge plus

  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.

  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

  • Knowledge of the talent acquisition landscape and understanding of client needs and challenges.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and track customer interactions.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.


Salary

This position offers a competitive base salary of N150,000 monthly, with an additional 5% commission on businesses closed.
