About the Job



  • This role will focus on promoting Jubaili Bros products and services in the industry and growing Jubaili Bros market shares in Nigeria.

  • This role will ensure overall customer satisfaction and generate a deep understanding of the customer’s needs and market requirements.


Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to inquiries and prepare quotations in coordination with the Line Manager.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with solar distribution channels and strategic accounts.

  • Actively pursue sales leads with EPC/IPP Companies, distributors, wholesalers, installers and utility companies.

  • Monitor and review sales result regularly to ensure established targets are met and take corrective action when required.

  • Nurture the relationship with leading PV project developers at multiple levels.

  • Coordinate and monitor delivery of sold products.

  • Ensure timely collection of receivables from clients, and highlight the critical accounts when needed.

  • Assist the product management teams to define and improve the product portfolio.

  • Gather regular feedback from customers, business partners and stakeholders to increase market shares in African Region.

  • Liaise with headquarter and the global team and peers to ensure that sales targets are being defined and met.


Profile



  • At least 2 years’ sales experience in a similar industry.

  • Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Flexible to travel.
