Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's overall mission and goals
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Oversee HR-related record-keeping, including maintenance of employee files and HRIS system
- Manage the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and administering final pay and benefits
- Stay up-to-date on HR-related laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, and FLSA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8-5 /// Saturday half day
