Job Description:



  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's overall mission and goals

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

  • Oversee HR-related record-keeping, including maintenance of employee files and HRIS system

  • Manage the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and administering final pay and benefits

  • Stay up-to-date on HR-related laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the restaurant industry

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, and FLSA

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office


Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8-5 /// Saturday half day
