As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving sales growth, and developing strategic initiatives to achieve our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives in the dermatology field.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the sales team members.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including medical spas, dermatologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the customer base and market presence.
Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and competitor activities in the dermatology and pharmaceutical beauty products industry.

Requirements:
