About the role



  • The Personal Assistant to the CEO is primarily tasked with the responsibility of providing essential support to our CEO by ensuring smooth operations, effective communication and great work delivery.

Responsibilities



  • Managing the CEO's schedule and calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Handling personal errands and administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO.

  • Coordinating and organizing special events, conferences, and executive-level meetings.

  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and exercising discretion when handling confidential matters.

  • Managing and maintaining the CEO's documents, records, and office supplies.

  • Collaborating with other members of the executive team and providing support as needed.

  • Staying updated on industry trends, news, and developments to provide relevant insights and recommendations to the CEO.

  • Exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills in handling sensitive and critical situations.

  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of work.


Qualifications



  • A bachelor’s in Business management or any other relevant field

  • Minimum grade requirement of a 2:1

  • Maximum of 1 year of work experience in any associated field.

  • Must reside within Lekki, Ikoyi or Victoria Island environs

  • Fresh graduates or NYSC corpers are open to apply
