Job Description

• Set goals for distribution of goods and also, plan and manage distribution operations to achieve the set goals


• preparing a statistical forecast of how much inventory is needed to avoid under/over stock of inventories


• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting of Sales data.


• Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.


• Updating of all port received and not yet received orders or containers accurately and on timely manner (Requires high follow-up).


• Request for any report needed from sales reporter to be able to distribute goods wisely


• Develop distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets (Transportation cost)


• Perform cost negotiations with vendors and provide appropriate solutions for bulk distributions.


• Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality


• Assist in inventory management activities including receiving, storing, rotating and handling supplies in distribution center.

Requirements

• First Degree (HND / B.Sc.) in any discipline


• The candidate must have at least 2 - 3 years relevant working experience


• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, word and PowerPoint etc.)


• Excellent verbal, written communications and Analytical skills.
