Using social media marketing tools to creatively tell the brand story, communicate the brand services, products, and offers, maintain the company’s brand image, and form strong connections with followers.
Creation of plans and strategies that align with the business goals and yield positive results for the brand (visibility, Lead generation etc.)
Conduct regular performance analyses and reports of the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy.
Using insights and algorithms to improve the company’s digital media performance.
Research and harness digital tools to improve the company’s digital marketing.
Researching social media trends and implementing relevant trends approved by management.
Setting smart goals for digital media campaigns.
Understand and identify the brand’s target audience.
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, e-flyers etc.)
Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms
Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Other related duties that will be assigned.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
Years of Experience: 3 Years and above
Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM), and applications (Web analytics, etc.)
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Instagram, and other social media best practices
