To be responsible for developing company’s growth through increased sales and customer acquisition.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grow partnerships with existing HMO and Corporate with a view to improving business performance.
Build partnerships with new HMO and Corporate to register SEHL Diagnostic Lab as an accredited lab for cashless use of testing facilities by their customers and employees.
Conduct Quarterly Performance Review with each partner HMO and Corporate
Follow up with each HMO and Corporate for payment overdue beyond agreed payment terms
To establish and foster relationships with hospitals and clinics who either do not have inhouse diagnostic lab or do limited number of tests to outsource their testing requirement to SEHL Diagnostic Lab.
Conduct marketing activities in around SEHL Diagnostic Lab catchment area to increase flow of new customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in any socialrelated courses with a First class or Second Class Upper grade.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Recruitment and HR.
