Description

• Act as a strategic partner and advisor on all HR matters for all the divisions.


• Manage workforce planning and ensure 100% manning.


• Recruitment with 100% adherence to the process onboarding and induction of new hires.


• Ensure new hires are promptly set up upon resumption (email and work tools).

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 - 5 years work experience.


• Proximity to Island is key.


• Preferably female.
