Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of stocks for raw materials, packing materials, SFG and FG in coordination with storekeepers required to plan the production.


• Ensure to have enough stock available for all required materials for can plant and Production plant prior to plan for production activities.


• Preparation of weekly production plan for can plant and Production plant based on Sales demand/forecast.


• Responsible to coordinate any changes in the plan with production head and other staff.


• Preparation of daily production report with line efficiency.


• Verify stock movement of all RM, PM, SFG for can plant and Production plant.


• Creation and releasing of process orders for can plant and Production plant.


• Verification of physical stock figures with SAP stock to know if any mistake in stock movement during a week and rectify errors. Applies for all RM, PM, SFG and FG (for both can plant and Production plant)


• Responsible to check coverage of raw and packaging materials for can plant and Production plant based on Sales forecast.


• Preparation of various production related reports as per requirements.


• Preparation of planning related reports as per requirements.


• Responsible for all planning related activities.


• Responsible for SAP system activities.

Requirements/Skills

• Should have worked in Supply Chain department (Planning) for at least 3 to 4 years.


• Should have a good computer knowledge.


• Should have worked in SAP system.
