Job Responsibilities
- Participate in interviews and provide feedback.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and collecting necessary documentation.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in updating and creating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Support HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and diversity and inclusion programs.
- Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with HR team members to resolve employee issues and conflicts.
Qualification Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
