Key Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Transaction origination and handle/oversee the project to completion.

  • Financial planning and budgeting processes.

  • Review and analysing financial statements and reports.

  • Building and developing financial models for the company’s clients and projects.

  • Preparation and development of financial projections, performing research and analysis as required.

  • Debt capacity analysis and understanding business drivers.

  • Preparation of Valuations.

  • Preparation of pitch books, proposals, making presentations and meetings participation.

  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPI) and preparing financial reports.

  • Performing research and analysis as may be required.

  • Supervise employees carrying out financial advisory / corporate finance responsibilities.

  • Analyse quarterly reports for clients / investors and identify appropriate market trends for fund investments.

  • Assist various departments in all capital projects for capital market, prepare various capital market reports on a weekly and monthly basis, maintain the database and analyze all market intelligence programs.

  • Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies and relevant legal regulations.

  • Assist and provide project teams with financial guidance, assisting with monthly close processes and any other tasks as requested by the company’s management from time to time.


Job Requirement:



  • Min of BSc. in accounting.

  • Min of 8 - 12 years’ experience as a Senior Financial Analyst in a financial institution. 

  • Membership of a relevant Professional accounting Association(s) is required.

  • Financial Modelling and planning certifications

  • In-depth knowledge of financing modelling, planning, financial analysis, and budgeting for projects in diverse Sectors.

  • Advanced Excel Skills and Microsoft Packages.

  • Knowledgeable in the use of accounting software.

  • Experience handing a senior position and supervision of juniors’ team members.

  • Transaction origination and completion.

  • An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.

  • Excellent intelligence gathering skills.

  • Able to solve problems with in-depth analysis and capabilities.

  • Impressive communication skills.

  • Great people skills. A team player.

  • Proven experience of working with minimum supervision.
