Description 

• Oversee cashiers, sales reps, and other employees in the mart.


• Implement measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.


• Monitor shelve stocks and excellent product displays, and the general excellent appearance of the store premise.


• Motivate employees to achieve set targets.


• Communicate job expectations and coach team members.


• Receive deliveries from suppliers and maintain inventory.


• Report any major or unresolved supply delays or problems to the business manager.


• Investigate market trends and suggest items that would appeal to customers.


• Communicate progress by preparing and sharing daily reports with the management.


• Interact with customers to ensure that they have a positive experience and address any concerns or complaints that may arise.


• Collaborate with the HR team to hire and train staff, and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure that all employees meet job expectations.


• Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers and increase revenue.


• Keep records of expenses, sales, employee performance, and any other records necessary for management reviews and decision-making.


• Communicate progress by preparing and sharing daily reports with the management.


• Ensure all employees are appropriately dressed and presentable at all times depicting morals and the Damal standard.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 - 5 years work experience.

Salary

N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
