JOB SUMMARY:

• Ensuring that the debt profile of organization is within approved limit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring receivables days are kept within allowable limits.


• Ensuring accuracy when setting up terms of credit for new clients.


• Ensuring due diligence is conducted on new customers.


• Reviewing and reporting on aged debtors.


• Regular review of the process and procedures to reduce debtor days.


• Ensuring up to date information on debtors.


• Ensuring time reconciliation of customer payments to invoices.


• Monitor and track debtor position/account receivables and facilitate timely recovery of debts.


• Ensuring that longoutstanding debt is monitored and that the receivables ledger is maintained accurately at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in any related course with a First class or Second Class Upper grade.


• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Accounting
