We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Victoria Island. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures


• Manage recruitment and selection processes


• Develop and implement training and development programs


• Manage performance appraisal and feedback processes


• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field


• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role


• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Nigeria


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
