Objective

The main objective of this position is to execute the specific coordination of Global Mobility Programs in the shortest timeframe possible while achieving the highest level of performance possible from our international team of trainers by guiding them pedagogically and technologically. The Trainer Manager Global Mobility will need to help their trainers deliver quality, student-focused sessions to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordination: Allocate the right trainers to Global Mobility courses depending on the required profile and availability. The candidate will liaise with our team of trainers and will oversee every aspect involved in their working life at Learnlight, providing program details, solving any inquiries we receive from them or from our clients, etc. These responsibilities will involve fluid communication with trainers and other departments within the company.


• Administration: The candidate will follow all our Workflows and procedures, making sure to meet the established deadlines. They will be also using our online platform daily to update all the necessary information about courses or trainers.


• Recruitment: In collaboration with the Recruitment Team, the candidate will have to onboard new trainers.


• Performance: Monitoring Trainer Performance and dealing with Underperformance issues. Punctual Completion of weekly and monthly admin tasks. Follow up on ongoing programs to hear trainers’ feedback.

• Advanced level or higher in other languages is highly valued


• Excellent time management and organizational skills


• Excellent interpersonal communication skills


• Adaptable and versatile


• Previous experience in coordinating language courses and/or administration is highly valued


• Previous experience teaching languages highly valued

• C2/Fluent in English


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

• University degree (preferred related to linguistics)
