A Scrum master is needed for a 6-month contract.

Summary of the Scrum Master Role:

• He/she will guide and manage our product and software development teams and ensure that teams follow Agile practices and values.


• Facilitating meetings and decision-making processes while eliminating team impediments.


• Will work to increase team efficiency and provide motivation and guidance for process improvement.

Requirements:

• Must be a certified scrum master.


• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.


• Should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a scrum master. 


• Excellent people and project management skills.


• Strong communication and presentation skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
