Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification.
5+ years experience in a full-time sales role for a business, preferably experience selling in a brick producing company or real estate industry.
Self-motivated and driven by targets.
Resilience.
Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written.
The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
Commercial awareness.
Professional, Organized, and Well-presented at all times.
Computer savvy and able to compile reports on a daily basis detailing their locations, movement, and contacts made.
Must be able to back up your sales expertise with facts and figures.
Must be able to talk about sales and marketing at a detailed level in order to feed the marketing team with the necessary information to support the sales process.
