Our client is looking to hire a sales/ marketer Manager to achieve the company's financial targets
The Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring that the sales goals are communicated effectively and clearly to the sales team and also for designing action plans and implementing them so as to achieve the assigned targets
Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets
Set up and drive a sales team to achieve targets
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs, especially in the market space
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
To set standards for achieving quality work, to measure, evaluate as well as review the performance of the salespeople against the assigned sales goals
To assess and determine the training sales needs, to be involved in interviewing and recruiting procedures so that quality staff members are hired
To present sales reports to the management, provide them with immediate sales forecasts to plan future action plans, and recommend ways to improve the s by designing the new sales policies
Requirements
Minimum of three(3) years of cognate working experience
