Job Summary



  • We are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager with an average of 4 years experience that will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategy of the business.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in building relationship with potential agents, retaining of existing agents and ensuring consistent Sales growth.


Job Description



  • Create a 360-degree marketing strategy to expand the agent database and achieve monthly sales target.

  • Identify new markets for brand building of the lotto games and analyse agents’ feedback and market data.

  • Gain and maintain a high level of understanding of the company product, solutions, and services.

  • Onboard and pursue leads and maintain close relationship with potential agents.

  • Initiate market research studies, analyze data, and present findings to the Zonal Head

  • Advise agents with respect to new products and existing products improvement.

  • Develop daily goals for the sales team to ensure sales target and business growth are met.

  • Cold call as appropriate within the assigned market or


Job Requirements



  • First Degree / HND in Marketing and Sales or related course.

  • Minimum of 4 years sales experience, preferable in Lotto or FMCG.

  • Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong Negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency In working with Microsoft packages.

  • Ability to work as a team as well as own initiative.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skill.

  • Reporting skills.
