We are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager with an average of 4 years experience that will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategy of the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in building relationship with potential agents, retaining of existing agents and ensuring consistent Sales growth.
Job Description
Create a 360-degree marketing strategy to expand the agent database and achieve monthly sales target.
Identify new markets for brand building of the lotto games and analyse agents’ feedback and market data.
Gain and maintain a high level of understanding of the company product, solutions, and services.
Onboard and pursue leads and maintain close relationship with potential agents.
Initiate market research studies, analyze data, and present findings to the Zonal Head
Advise agents with respect to new products and existing products improvement.
Develop daily goals for the sales team to ensure sales target and business growth are met.
Cold call as appropriate within the assigned market or
Job Requirements
First Degree / HND in Marketing and Sales or related course.
Minimum of 4 years sales experience, preferable in Lotto or FMCG.
Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong Negotiation skills.
Proficiency In working with Microsoft packages.
Ability to work as a team as well as own initiative.
