Job Summary

• The job holder will be involved in all activities to secure assets and employees at the company's facilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish the presence


• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the premises


• Remove wrongdoers and trespassers from the area


• Secure all exits, doors, and all areas during and after the end of operations


• Investigate people for suspicious activities or possessions


• Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation


• Provide assistance to staff and visitors


• Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to the legal protocol before the arrival of authorities


• Assist in the general security operations and supervise junior guards


• Submit reports on daily activities and essential occurrences

Requirements/Skills

• A minimum of OND in any field with 3-6 years experience


• Proven experience as a security supervisor


• Good communication skills, both verbal and written


• Familiarity with report writing


• Excellent observation skills


• Ability to understand and remain confidential.
