Responsibilities

• Effective and efficient fleet/logistics marketing for profitability


• Improve operational management systems and processes in consonance with best practice


• Formulate strategic and marketingobjectives


• Examine financial data and use them to improve operations and profitability


• Manage budgets and forecasts


• Perform quality controls and monitor operational KPIs


• Develop, implement and review marketingpolicies and procedures.


• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.


• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.


• Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.


• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.


• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.


• Support worker communication with the management.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any Marketing or related field


• Minimum of 4 years working experience as Marketing Manager overseeing fleet and logistics marketing for effectiveness, efficiency and profitability


• Proven leadership skills


• Knowledge in basic finance and budgeting


• Professional Certification will be of advantage.
