Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the relevant field.


• Expertise and subject knowledge in the specific areas of the Global Hospitality Diploma as listed below:
  
  
  
  • Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts – Food Preparation (8064-01)
  
  
  • Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts – Patisserie (8064-02)
  
  
  • Level 2 Diploma in Food and Beverage Service (8064-03)
  
  
  • Level 2 Diploma in Housekeeping Services (8064-04)
  
  
  • Level 2 Diploma in Reception Services (8064-05)
  
  
  
  


• Certified qualifications in the respective areas, preferably by City & Guilds International of UK.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Experience in training and assessing students in a similar educational setting.


• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.


• Familiarity with the latest industry trends and best practices.


• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions and assessments for students pursuing the Global Hospitality Diploma.


• Develop and deliver high-quality training materials and resources.


• Create a positive and conducive learning environment for students.


• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students for their improvement.


• Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring adherence to curriculum guidelines.


• Stay updated with industry advancements and incorporate them into training sessions.


• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance the curriculum and educational experience.
