What you’ll get to do



  • Design and Implement global standard data driven credit risk processes and policies that serve as the foundation of our credit businesses

  • Ensure proper execution of credit risk policies and processes by all members of the credit risk team

  • Measure and monitor the bank’s credit portfolio and the performance of our credit risk processes and continually improve them to achieve better results

  • Facilitate the identification, assessment, measurement, monitoring, controlling and reporting the level of risks

  • Utilize customer data to build risk segmentation and mitigation strategies

  • Review and analyze the non performing credit portfolio to identify causal factors, modify our credit risk processes to prevent them and track the changes to ensure better performance

  • Lead evaluation, hiring and training of all members of the credit risk team

  • Work with the MIS team to drive automation of the necessary reports for effective monitoring of our portfolio and the credit risk


To succeed in this role, we think you should have



  • At least 5 years pr​oven experience as a Credit Risk Manager in a financial institution

  • Comprehensive understanding of Credit Risk Management, regulations and other statutory requirements of  the regulator, especially in areas of credit.

  • Excellent at execution and operations, defining processes and making sure that they are executed by all member of your department

  • Data analysis skills and the ability to study data and find correlations that can be used to make data-driven decisions

  • BSc/BA from a reputable university
