Responsibilities

• Inspect mechanical components of vehicles and diagnose issues accurately


• Use manual, computerized diagnostic or both methods to identify potential mechanical problems of a petrol engine vehicle and interpreted the results to offer suitable solutions


• Test driving repaired vehicles to gauge their performance


• Conduct mechanical routine maintenance on a petrol engine vehicle


• Conduct major mechanical repairon petrol engine vehicle


• Repair or replace damaged or dysfunctional mechanical parts


• Maintain equipment and tools of the organization in good condition


• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.


• Produce legible and accurate paperwork reflecting work performed.

Other Requirements

• Automotive Mechanic education and training


• Technical College and Vocational school (LASTVEB) certification


• 5 - 7 years experience as an Auto Mechanic (Petrol Engine)in a transport and logistics company.
