Job Responsibilities



  • Ensures that the key logistics are flawless e.g Electricity bills, Telephone bills, rents, etc.

  • Identifies reliable suppliers and confirms market price survey.

  • Ensure the registration and renewal of company’s vehicles particulars & vehicles insurance.

  • Organizes and maintains regular inventory, list of property, equipment of the Company.

  • Monitors stock on basis items. Eg Kitting, papers, toners, paper etc.

  • Ensures maintenance of the company's facilities ie Generators,Plumbing,vehicles,etc

  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Responsible for the preparation and process purchase order and document in accordance with the companies’ policy and procedures.

  • Ensures strict compliance with the Company's Policies & Procedures.

  • Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role.


Job Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Master's Degree / Bachelor's Degree / HND / NCE qualification.

  • 2 - 3 years work experience.
