Job Description

• A large International main contractor requires a full time Project Manager for a newly awarded government funded project based in Lagos-Nigeria.


• The successfull candidates will report to the Company’s MEP Manager and will be responsible for the production of technical drawings, schedules and specifications for electrical and mechanical works using computer-aided design (CAD), Revit and other design software.


• Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure that designs are accurate and meet project requirements.


• Ensure that all design work meets safety standards and complies with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or any other relevant Engineering field (A Master Degree will be an added advantage).


• COREN certification or an International equivalent of being a certified Engineer.


• 7 - 15 years work experience.


• Previous experience on large civil projects and schemes.


• Great Managerial and leadership skills.


• Excellent organizational, prioritization and follow up skills.


• Considerable problem-solving and decision-making skills.


• Ability to lead and motivate working teams.
