Job Description
Job Duties:
- Undertake in the adjustment of all major, complex or important claims .
- Review the reports of Adjusters, Engineers, etc. and make appropriate recommendations regarding the claims.
- Undertake detailed review of claims adjustments and settlement offers received from insurers and adjusters to ascertain equity and fairness for the client.
- Monitor the progress of claims and follow through to settlement.
- Ensure the customer receives excellent customer experience on each and every claim, in keeping with the company Vision.
- Review files of settled claims to ascertain that the handling and processing conformed to standards.
- Preparation of Claims Experience for major or strategic clients’ programmes.
- Handle and resolve all claims complaints and disputes professionally.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Arts, Law or any related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in a reputable Insurance or Brokerage Company.
- Associate of CII Nigeria or CII London will be an added advantage.
- Client relationship management skills is desirable.
- Possess vast knowledge in all classes of insurance and products
- Strong Communication and Leadership Skills
- Good Presentation and Analytical skills
- Good Business Acumen
- Good Negotiation Skills
