Job Description
As a Learning and Development Manager you will:
- Research and recommend best practice learning solutions to provide up-to-date learning programs that build a culture of learning through e-learning design, instructor-led training, job aids, and training guides. Specifically, implement and deliver digital and/or in-person programs that build on employee engagement.
- Utilize data analytics to make recommendations on where upskilling may be required to enhance positions and growth of leaders in the organization under a succession planning structure.
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management system (LMS) introduction of new material and programs.
- Plan, communicate, and coordinate with the HR team on any topical events that require training and delivery of compliance to ensure policies and processes under compliance are captured within the HR system.
- Co-ordinate all Corporate education and meetings.
- Maintain all records relating to learning content, dates of sessions, and attendance.
- Excellent client management experience and ability to promote implant and open programs.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience and demonstrated skills in developing, implementing, and delivering learning solutions utilizing HR best practices and adult learning techniques.
- Detail oriented and well-organized, possess strong computer skills in Learning Management systems, as well Microsoft Office suite (PPT, word, Excel) and experience with HR information systems.
