Job Description

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer/draftsman to join our construction, engineering & design team.


• Serve as HVAC, electrical and plumbing designer


• Supervise HVAC, Electrical and plumbing installations


• Supervise wet services such as plumbing, firefighting, water treatment plant and sewage treatment plant


• Prepare BOQ for plumbing, fighting and HVAC works


• Install differential pressure sensor, temperature sensor and flow sensor on air handling unit.


• the necessary calculations for the development of Mechanical/Plumbing systems - Pipe/tubing diameters, pumps, cooling load calculation.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent


• Proficiency in plumbing and HVAC design


• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP-Revit for 3D modelling.


• In-depth knowledge of building design, specifications, and codes.

Remuneration

N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly
