Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Engineer with responsibility for ensuring the electrical infrastructure in the Landmark ecosystem is always functional and working optimally.


• Staying up to date with the latest technologies and developments in electrical engineering sector


• Working in an advisory capacity for senior decision makers to identify, support, develop and implement initiatives to lower environmental impact and increase Landmark’s sustainability credentials.


• Initiate renewable energy assessments and anchor the delivery of sustainable and low-energy projects across the ecosystem.


• Drive the acquisition of green certifications supporting the process from design through site analysis, audits and performance measurement.


• Review, research resources, technologies, systems, procurement, coordinate energy audits to achieve energy efficiency improvements.

Qualifications/Work experience

• A degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and a minimum of five years in a related role


• Experience in sustainability and renewable energy would be a necessary advantage


• Understanding of the Real Estate Market Experience will be an added advantage
