Key Responsibility



  • The Head of Customer service reports to the Supply Chain Manager and will coordinate activities relating to customers’ order processing and respond to customers complaints and questions.

  • The successful candidate is expected to assist customers with information about the brand products and services, take orders, and process returns.


REQUIREMENTS



  • Higher National Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Mass Communication with at least five years’ experience in a similar role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Must be familiar with ERP packages

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills


Skills



  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

  • Excellent in interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
