The Head of Customer service reports to the Supply Chain Manager and will coordinate activities relating to customers’ order processing and respond to customers complaints and questions.
The successful candidate is expected to assist customers with information about the brand products and services, take orders, and process returns.
REQUIREMENTS
Higher National Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Mass Communication with at least five years’ experience in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Must be familiar with ERP packages
