Job Summary



  • Our client is currently recruiting for a Front Desk / Admin Officer who would be responsible for coordinating administrative activities in the office.


Key Responsibilities



  • Ensure day-to-day smooth running of the office.

  • Oversee all aspect of administration for the company

  • Answering all incoming calls and either redirecting them to the appropriate party or handling caller inquiries wherever possible.

  • Oversee social media accounts.

  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews


Key Requirements



  • OND qualification

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Previous experience in Front Desk or Administrative role

  • Good knowledge of office maangement systems and procedures

  • Hands on experience in social mediamanagement
