Job Role

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in running cohort-based programs to join our team.


• In this role, you will be primarily tasked with running our Pipeline program, a 6-month learning program for software developers who want to go from mid-level to world-class.


• You will work closely with our internal teams, external partners, and program participants to ensure the program's success.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans for Pipeline, including program structure, curriculum, timelines, and resource allocation.


• Manage program timelines and ensure all program milestones are met on schedule.


• Act as the primary point of contact for program participants and communicate program progress and updates regularly.


• Work with the internal stakeholders to identify and onboard external partners and subject matter experts as needed


• Ensure program documentation is complete and up-to-date.


• Identify and manage program risks and escalate issues as necessary.


• Conduct post-program reviews and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Must Have

• 2+ years of experience in project management.


• Experience running cohort-based learning programs is required.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.


• Experience managing tech-oriented programs/project


• Community management skills.
