We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in running cohort-based programs to join our team.
In this role, you will be primarily tasked with running our Pipeline program, a 6-month learning program for software developers who want to go from mid-level to world-class.
You will work closely with our internal teams, external partners, and program participants to ensure the program's success.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute project plans for Pipeline, including program structure, curriculum, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage program timelines and ensure all program milestones are met on schedule.
Act as the primary point of contact for program participants and communicate program progress and updates regularly.
Work with the internal stakeholders to identify and onboard external partners and subject matter experts as needed
Ensure program documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Identify and manage program risks and escalate issues as necessary.
Conduct post-program reviews and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Must Have
2+ years of experience in project management.
Experience running cohort-based learning programs is required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
