Job Responsibilities:



  • Handling incoming calls and other communications;

  • Managing filing system;

  • Assist with payment requisitions;

  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed;

  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing;

  • Help organize and maintain office common areas;

  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands;

  • Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservation needs as required;

  • Maintaining office supply inventory;

  • Maintaining office equipment as needed;

  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases;

  • Prepare daily, weekly reports;

  • Ensure Logistics and transportation needs of the company are met (Car Maintenance,

  • Licence renewal etc)

  • Responsible for monthly tax remittances

  • Logistics: scheduling of official vehicle usage

  • Follow all reasonable and lawful directions given to you by management, including

  • complying with policies and procedures as amended from time to time and;

  • Provide administrative, logistic, and research support to the Managing Director.

  • Responsible for banking transactions

  • Work with the Corporate Services Manager to source for and execute contracts


REQUIREMENTS



  • Good communication skills

  • Computer literate
