  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Communications Coordinator to drive the growth of our products, expand into new markets, and shape our corporate image.

  • This role will encompass overseeing all aspects of marketing, communications, strategy, and corporate branding with a strong focus on product growth, exploring new markets, and enhancing our corporate image.

  • As a mid-management role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by developing and executing effective marketing strategies that result in increased product adoption, market expansion, and a positive corporate image.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product growth, increase market share, and enhance the corporate image in existing and new markets.

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities for product expansion, growth, and corporate brand development.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, to identify and prioritize product enhancements and new features that align with customer needs and market demands while reinforcing the corporate image.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring effective positioning, messaging, and marketing tactics that align with the desired corporate image.

  • Analyze customer insights, market data, and competitive landscape to identify key growth opportunities, inform marketing strategies, and shape the corporate image.

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events, to generate leads, drive conversions, and achieve growth targets while maintaining a consistent corporate image.

  • Monitor and analyze product and marketing performance metrics, including user acquisition, conversion rates, customer retention, revenue, and brand perception, to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement in both growth and corporate image.

  • Create compelling content and marketing collateral that effectively communicates product value propositions, aligns with the corporate image, and drives customer engagement.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the corporate image, including brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and communication guidelines.

  • Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and key stakeholders to amplify product reach, establish credibility, and reinforce the desired corporate image.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related roles, preferably in the tech industry.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of product marketing strategies, user acquisition, conversion optimization, growth hacking techniques, and corporate branding.

  • Demonstrated experience in driving product growth, expanding into new markets, and shaping a corporate image.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and corporate branding.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation, finding new growth opportunities, and maintaining a positive corporate image.

  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels within the organization.
