Description



  • Ensure achievement of department goals and objectives and administer smooth and effective running of cleaning operations.

  • Advise and communicate job responsibilities, performance expectations, customer service standards and company policies/guidelines

  • Supervise and inspect work activities custodial personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive presentation of the building/structure (Ground, floor, wallsglass windows, doors) and other common areas.

  • Assign duties, inspect work and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action

  • Supervise and Monitor the contractor’s performance

  • Liase with purchasing officer for the purchase of services/supplier/equipment and monitor the budget for the department.

  • Conduct orientation training and in-house service training for cleaning supervisor to demonstrate house holding policies, work procedures and maintenance of equipment.

  • Make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation and evaluates records for forecast personnel requirements.

  • Draw up shift rosters and allocate duties for cleaning supervision

Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 4 - 6 years work experience.
