Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
Responsible for competitive activities, identify customer future needs in terms of product portfolio and currency automation solutions; build up a strong link to the Product Marketing / Management
Responsible for the Territory’s Financial Sales Commitment
Report on regional sales results
Forecast quarterly and annual profits
Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

Requirements and Skills
Advanced Degree in Economics, Engineering Science or related courses
Proven work experience as a country sales Manger, Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
Familiarity with CRM software with over 10 years minimum experience.
Understanding of store operations
Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
