Our client needs the services of a professional early years teacher for its sharp and vibrant infant pupils.
The early childhood educator shall foster children's social and communicative abilities while also offering a safe and secure atmosphere for learning. In order to better serve pupils, he/she shall develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians work within multi-agency networks to make sure the right support is accessible.
The job holder shall observe and summarize the kids' accomplishments.
This position shall emphasize optimum child development and laying the groundwork for a smooth transition to the primary school curriculum.
Responsibilities
Creating and generating educational tools and visual aids;
Organizing educational materials and resources and utilizing resources creatively;
Fostering knowledge and curiosity in children;
Collaborating with others to plan and organize work both inside and outside, including teaching assistants, nursery nurses, and volunteer workers;
Observing, rating, and documenting each child's development;
Taking part in in-service training
Sharing newly acquired information with parents and other professionals;
Providing kids with pastoral support and care as well as a safe learning environment;
Motivating and energizing young learners, frequently promoting experiential learning;
Preserving the well-being and security of the students and faculty throughout all activities, both within and outside the nursery/school
keeping abreast with improvements in best practice and curriculum modifications.
Supporting the development of children's basic skills, such as physical coordination, speech, and communication
Encouraging children's mathematical and creative development through stories, songs, games, drawing, and imaginative play
Assisting with the development of children's personal/social and language skills
Qualifications
Education Degree; B.Ed with a concentration on young child development.
3 - 7 years work experience.
B2 level in the use of English language is non-negotiable.
knowledge of working with young kids in a classroom.
The capacity to interact with young children on their terms.
A kind, outgoing personality with a patient and sensitive approach.
Excellent meditative and nurturing skills.
Possessing a creative mentality and the capacity to design memorable, novel lessons. a desire to mold and uplift young minds.
