Responsibilities
- Visit clients and distributors, promote products by introducing the strength and advantages of the products against competitors’ products, and guide the client on the right usage of the products.
- Accomplish the assigned sales target on weekly and monthly basis, develop market and expand coverage of company products, implement sales policy and promotion plan
- collect market information
- Address problems raised by clients. Report the problems to your superiors if you cannot address them yourself.
- Report the following information to company timely:
- Comments on the quality of the products
- Information and regional sales numbers of competitors
- Complaints from clients
- Inventory of clients, and make sure their inventory is sufficient by reminding clients to place new order timely.
- Other tasks assigned by sales manager
Qualification requirement
- Sales experience in cosmetic industry, minimal 2 years
- Good at communication and listening
- Must be a fast learner
- Handle frustration and pressure well
- Understand basic knowledge of cosmetics
- Honest and confident, enthusiastic about work
- Good at logistic thinking and communication
- Team player
Salary: #100,000 - #150,000
