We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Marketing & Communications Manager. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and supervising strategic campaign strategies. This role reports directly to the Head, Marketing and Corporate Communications and offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's marketing efforts.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Initiate research, development, and implementation of innovative marketing programs.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans within allocated budget requirements.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on activities within the industry to identify opportunities and trends.
- Develop, manage, and execute annual strategic marketing communications plans.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Create and execute a social media marketing program, including managing a LinkedIn industry group and corporate blog.
- Develop targeted marketing plans for different segments of our target audience.
- Promote our products and services during events and networking opportunities.
- Track and analyze the return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns.
- Network with industry experts and potential clients to enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities and trade shows.
- Analyze and evaluate the financial aspects of product development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and communications roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
