Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Performance Management Analyst to design performance management systems, structures, and policies for sales and operational units.
- The role involves developing job descriptions, key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing initiatives for cost reduction and profit maximization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop job descriptions and KPIs for all roles in the group.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of performance management systems across the group.
- Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate performance management systems.
- Utilize Balanced Scorecard and other performance management methods.
- Conduct job analysis and utilize reward management tools.
- Provide advisory services for informed decisionmaking.
- Demonstrate knowledge of ERP solutions and performance management.
- Understand the business environment and its impact on strategies and tactics.
- Translate business strategies into specific objectives and plans.
- Knowledge of HR functions and labor regulations.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Create, modify, and review KPIs and job descriptions based on roles and stakeholders.
- Set realistic and measurable performance targets.
- Conduct Manpower Gap Analysis to identify unit manpower gaps.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a relevant field.
- 24 years of experience in data analysis.
- Professional certificates in data analysis will be advantageous.
Job Knowledge:
- Understanding of metric performance and target setting.
- Research skills to make informed recommendations.
- Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and simulating projections.
