Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research: Design and execute research projects, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Data analysis: Analyze research data using appropriate statistical techniques, qualitative analysis methods, and data visualization tools. Interpret findings and draw meaningful conclusions to inform decision-making processes.
- Insights generation: Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations. Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to drive innovation and improve organizational processes, products, or services.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and strategy, to understand research needs and provide research-based insights.
- Reporting and documentation: Prepare clear and concise research reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate research findings, methodologies, and recommendations. Present research findings to stakeholders and participate in discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Stay updated: Continuously stay abreast of industry trends, research methodologies, and emerging technologies relevant to the organization's field of interest. Share insights and knowledge with the research team and contribute to the improvement of research practices.
- Ethical considerations: Ensure research is conducted ethically and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Protect the privacy and confidentiality of research participants and data.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences)(2;1) is required.
- Strong research methodology knowledge and experience in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and draw meaningful insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
- Ethical conduct and respect for privacy and confidentiality in research activities.
- Must not be more that 28 years old.
